Get emoji flag by country code

There is a list of country codes, I need to attach emoji to each flag. Is there a way to extract unicode from it or find emoticons for a country code?

This piece of code worked for me. Just replace "US"with some valid country code (based on regional character characters) that you like and it will create a string flagcontaining the emoji flag for that country. ( Link )
