SIGSEGV using Eigen and std :: vector

I know the alignment problem that occurs when using Eigen types in combination with dynamic memory. So I decided to turn off vectorization using Eigen::DontAlign according to this page , but the following code still calls SIGSEGVs sequentially on execution. I would be very happy if someone could shed light on why this is happening. From my point of view, use was Eigen::DontAlignsupposed to save me from the intricacies of alignment.
