Argument error when encoding video in rails

Question

I am trying to upload a video and convert it to mp4. For conversion, I use a gem carrier-video-video . My configuration as such in question

I installed ffmpeg on my system. But when I upload the video, the following error occurs.

VideoFailed to transcode with FFmpeg. Check ffmpeg install and verify video is not corrupt or cut short. Original error: ArgumentError

When I comment the line

 process encode_video: [:mp4]

in VideoUploader. It works great, but no conversion occurs. Is there a problem in passing parameters. Please give your valuable answers.
