Install Sitecore 8.2 on the Azure Deployment Slot

I managed to create a new environment using Sitecore 8.2.1 ARC templates. I can create an intermediate slot for CD / CM, but how to install Sitecore in the deployment slot. I referred to this article , although it is not specific to Sitecore, but it just creates a slot. It is not possible to figure out how to run an ARM template to provide authoring and delivery in an intermediate slot. I am new to Sitecore, so any help is appreciated.
