Maven executable Jar throws error on startup

Question

First of all: I am new to maven. I made my first maven application and successfully tested it in the IDE. The design has always been successful, and everything worked like a charm.

Now I want to export the project as an executable jar with built-in dependencies, but I'm not quite sure why it does not work.

I added the following to my pom file, as that was what I found in various answers to a similar question

I understand that this indicates that the main class for the JVM is starting, as the IDE does not install this automatically.

I found jar in the target directory, copied it to another directory and tried to execute it.
