Gradle not find org.apache.commons: commons-imaging

Gradle cannot resolve org.apache.commons:commons-imaging, but it is available in all three provided repositories:

  • http://jump-pilot.sourceforge.net/repository

  • https://repo.adobe.com/nexus/content/repositories/public/

  • https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/snapshots/

This part of the log is interesting, Gradle only looks in the jcenterlocal file system:
