What is bootstrap body grade?

I am doing this , but I am not getting the body-content class . I know the container and the liquid container . Can someone explain or point me to download the documentation for this. Googling didn't help me.

Body-content is a CssClass located in /Content/Site.css (which Visual Studio automatically creates) to move all content to a site 50px down due to the navigation bar at the top of the site, which is exactly 50px.
