How to search all files in the current open folder / workspace?

Question

I am looking for a specific piece of text and use the search function in VS Code (Ctrl + Shift + F). I enter text in the search field and it only shows results from files already open. How to search all files in this workspace / open folder?

(I'm brand new to VS Code, so this might be something simple)
