How do you create an entity relationship diagram using pgAdmin v4 or Visualizer Visualizer or any other open source tool?

Purpose I have 70 tables in my schema, and I'm trying to find instructions on how to create a graphical representation of the relationships between them.

DB Visualizer I separately downloaded DB Visualizer on my Mac, but I cannot find instructions on how to find and connect my database, but the table values ​​do not make sense to me. I get a message about a successful connection, and then I see the db name (which I entered in the wizard) on the connections tab, but all the menus under it - gibberish - none of them show my scheme.

Does anyone know how to create an entity relationship diagram from Postgres on mac?
