Can I host the MS Bot Framework Node.js Instance On-Premises

We created the MS Bot Framework bot platform, which uses existing, internal, local APIs during a conversation. We would like to free this bot by dropping the web chat component in the DOM of our existing, internal window, in place.

With our existing architecture , of course, we also want to place this bot inside ourselves in order to use all our existing configuration and deployment processes. We understand that, regardless of whether the bot will need to communicate with LUIS - which is good with us; it does not require a more complex (larger attack, less central purchase) that connects directly to our internal business data API.

I think this diagram makes this clearer:

Blog Hosting Configuration

Can we achieve what is shown in the lower hosting configuration?

EDIT 1: Can we also place a straight line or similar connector in place without creating a special connector? In addition, can we communicate with our bot on such a connector without having to write a custom chat component / widget for the DOM? (The web chat component would work just fine while it pointed to our feed.)

The ultimate goal is to make all our chat traffic stay in place because it is a data-driven chatbot serving sensitive numbers. It will take less time to process it in another structure that can work completely on site than to get approval from our central IT.
