I have a solution, but it, of course, is not optimal. I found that Pinterest uses this endpoint to create its nice button: facebook.com/v2.7/plugins/login_button.php; however, the generated output seems to be related only to the Pinterest Facebook app ID (I tried to enter my identifier, but got the standard login button according to the Facebook documentation here ).
