Cannot start javaFx application with intellij

Question

I am developing a JavaFx application with IntelliJ Idea, and until today everything worked fine, but now for no reason (maybe I did something wrong without knowing it) whenever I try to run a JavaFx application, I get it on console:

Process terminated by exit code -1073740791 (0xC0000409)

I already tried reinstalling IntelliJ, but this did not work. Even for a new JavaFx application, I get this error and not a single window starts up and I get the same message.

I can not find anyone who had this problem, so I ask here to hope to find the answer :)
