Navigation on Android: how can I transfer the entire route (not just the endpoint) for external navigator software?

Question

my Android application creates a route for the user and updates it based on some other actions / external events. We are not talking about “destinations” (see here, here and here), but the full route (drive in this way). What external navigation software on Android supports this mode? Can I go the full route to Google Maps / Yandex Navigator / Map.Me / OsmAND + or another navigator and use it instead of my route?
