How to track Firebase Analytics installations using Tag Manager

We use Firebase Analytics (FA) → Tag Manager (GTM) → Google Analytics (GA), this works for ordinary events, as well as for session_start and screen viewing.

How to track Firebase Automatic events like Install (first_open) / Uninstall / Crash? Such events are not recorded in GA; the following describes how it is configured.
