How to have Jupyter laptop interactivity online?

Question

I was wondering if there is a website where you can link the Jupyter Notebook and in return be able to run the laptop interactively? Mostly the online version or the cloud version of Jupyter, where input cells can be modified and run live.

I know that http://nbviewer.jupyter.org/ , but this is a static renderer. I want to be able to run the IPythonWidgets that I used in this Side Project that I am working on. It would be nice to send the link to other people who can interact with it without having to install Jupyter or Anaconda locally.

I tried to look for duplicates, but I could not find anything else that would answer my question.

(Also, please ignore the incompleteness in my project. I just uploaded it to show what I had in mind. I haven't polished it yet. If you go to In [5], this is where I am encoded in some widgets that dynamically change the plot.)
