Change your local timezone in Chrome

It should be easy, but for life I can’t solve it.

I want to try testing some javascript time zones, and I need to put my browser in a different time zone, I am in the UK, so it is set to GMT, which in the winter is the same as UTC, so regardless of whether the difference was taken into account impossible.

I would like to turn on the computer in EST, but I can not find anything in the Chrome settings, and I tried to change my time zone in Win10 settings, but the browser ignores it. Restarting Chrome does not help, although my computer is sure that it is included in EST and the clock on the Windows toolbar has changed.

I'm sure I'm just an idiot here, but can anyone help?

If the same problem occurred while using Kibana, the time zone is still stuck in UTC.

I used this extension below and worked like a charm:

You can check Moment.js at the following link (you can download it here): http://momentjs.com/

There is additional information in this discussion: Moment.js: formatting date in a specific time zone

I hope this helps
