Reinstalling numpy on OS X using pip - "cannot be changed or removed because it is required from OS X"

I am trying to update the library numpyon macOS but pipdoes not seem to have sufficient permissions to remove numpy. Running "pip install --upprade pip" gives me this trace:

Thus, it is obvious that the pip has problems with removal /System/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.7/Extras/lib/python/numpy-1.8.0rc1-py2.7.egg-info. Trying to delete this file manually in finder gives me this error:

"numpy-1.8.0rc1-py2.7.egg-info" cannot be changed or deleted because it is required by OS X.

How can i solve this? (Using inline numpy is not an option, because the tensorflowpackage I need needs the latest version).
