No search API in ehcache 3?

I am trying to use the new version of ehcache, but I noticed that there is apparently no search API.

Is this normal or am I missing something? The documentation says nothing about this.

The main reason is that a cache search has very strange semantics in the face of expiration and eviction. Since Ehcache 3 focuses on what is good - in the case of using caching, we decided to shave some functions that are more aimed at using storage.
