C ++ Redistributable 14 Conflict with VS2017 C ++ Redistributable

I rebuilt the laptop and during the installation of VS2017, which includes the installation of C ++ 2017 Redistributable (x64) - 14.10.24728

I tried installing other applications using C ++ Redist 14 and they are not with an error message:

"Another version of this product is already installed. This version cannot continue. To configure or remove existing versions of this product, use the" Add or Remove Programs "in the control panel."

The following components could not be installed: - Visual C ++ "14" Runtime Libraries (x64)

I tried installing C ++ Redist (x64) - 14.0.23026, but getting the error message "Another version of this product is already installed, etc."

Is there any way to solve this problem without uninstalling VS2017 and returning to VS2015?

PS: can someone with sufficient rights add "visual-studio 2017" to the tag list?
