Interactive (Interactive) Map

Question

I have a camping map, here it is:

Now on this map there are many places for camping. And all places (yellow, pink and striped yellow) should be available for viewing.

So my question is: how do I achieve this? I was thinking about using SVG or something like that. This is a good decision?

Main idea: create a color map to see which point the user clicked on.
