I am a user pythonwho is dependent on pandas/numpy/bokehfor data analysis.
I usually use Jupyter notebookfor all of my prototypes and searches, however I found that the laptop does not provide the same experience as RStudio. Although, I do not prefer coding in R.
I want to be able to do things like:
- explore objects and dataframe variables in a text editor
- there is a workspace designed for graphs so you can see your stories in the selected space, not inline
- ipython console, as functionality in the workspace of the terminal window (The
Rodeo'sterminal is very weak and does not facilitate extensive data analysis).
I found the following post on this topic: is-there-something-like-rstudio-for-python .
The question in the link above was asked in 2011 . 6 years have passed, and we have nothing remotely legitimate as a solution.
So far, I have come across Rodeo and JupyterLabs .
I started using Rodeo, but it is extremely buggy and poorly designed . In my opinion, it is not used for any data analysis task . As for JupyterLabs- it is in its infancy, so it has not yet been used for anything.
My QUESTIONS :
- Are there any other options besides the two mentioned in this question?
JupyterLabs ? , JupyterLabs , , python, Rstudio's. Jupyter Labs (.: jupyter lab - , ).
(Rodeo , - ).
