How to change default value from Email to mailjet?

I am using the Mailjet service to send email in my node application. How to change the default sender name and email address. I tried passing fromName and fromEmail to Mailjet send api function, but this will not work. It shows the default value of Email and FromName.

To send an email from a specific address, it must be added earlier in the Mailjet admin console.
