CryptoJS AES encryption and JAVA AES decryption value mismatch

I encrypt the text using the CryptoJS AES algorithm on the client side, and I decrypt it on the server side in java, I get an exception.

JS Code:

var encrypted = CryptoJS.AES.encrypt("Message", "Secret Passphrase");
console.info("encrypted " + encrypted);
var decrypted = CryptoJS.AES.decrypt(encrypted, "Secret Passphrase");
var plainText = decrypted.toString(CryptoJS.enc.Utf8)
console.info("decrypted " + plainText);

js output:

encrypted U2FsdGVkX1/uYgVsNZmpbgKQJ8KD+8R8yyYn5+irhoI=
decrypted Message

Your Java code is riddled with bugs. Here are a few of them:

  • , "Secret Passphrase" 17 . 16 ( 24 32 ). CryptoJS.

  • , , , base64. DatatypeConverter.parseBase64Binary(hex);.

  • "AES/CTR/NoPadding". , "AES".

  • IV/nonce:

    cipher.init(Cipher.DECRYPT_MODE, key, new IvParameterSpec(...));

    , , , CryptoJS. , ? , , ?
