We create an event-based application using akka persistence, and we have a requirement to destroy records after a specified period of time, in this case 7 years. I understand that I could just delete until the closest snapshot to the timeline was found for the given persistence identifier, suggesting a snapshot, but I would like to see how others approached this problem.
