Receive SMS log and paste into Twilio account database

Question

I am trying to save an incoming sms log in Twilio. I also checked the API data https://support.twilio.com/hc/en-us/articles/223183588-Exporting-SMS-and-Call-Logson this page, but it loads the csv file, and also the data is encrypted (not readable).

This is the answer in the csv file "畯 摮 愭 楰 ⴬⸰ ㄰ 唬 䑓 㜊", in both cases using the API and using the admin control panel.

I do not understand the reason.

I checked this api with my twilio account.

This is not an api problem posed by twilio, you need to check the encoding of excel or libra office (in case you use ubuntu).
