Unable to debug application on Android phone

I am using Visual Studio 2015 with Update 3 on Windows 8.1, and I want to debug the application on my Android phone, I have Oppo A37f mobile.

I used to use Visual Studio 2015 with Update 3 in Windows 10, and I was able to debug the application with the Samsung Galaxy S2, but now I also get the error message: "Could not install the application or check MainLauncher = true." Is there anything I have to do?

Is there any other way that I can check / debug my code?
