Is it possible to have 2 different font sizes in one insert for input in CSS?

something like this design:

In regular html, you can do this with span ,: before, &: after, etc.

but at input you cannot do all this, so I want to understand if this is possible ...

Using different styles in the same place is not possible.

However, you can use pseudo-elements or divs that behave like placeholders and hide / show it when the input focuses.
