Java and Box2D - Which body should be considered as a bullet?

I am creating a game using java and box2D (from libgdx).

At this moment I have a problem when the red body of the image falls , sometimes it doesn’t get on the platform (this is also a dynamic body) because it crashes with a lot of speed, and collision detection is not continuous.

My question is that both objects are dynamic , and I want to make sure that the collision between the platform detected by the red body should set both bodies into the bodies of the bullet? Only the red body? Or just a platform?

Notes:

  • The red body falls at a very high speed

  • Platform does not move at high speed
