How to fix device policy and network abuse issues in the Google Play Store app app

We recently clicked one app on the Google Play Store, our app posts links to YouTube and plays content through the YouTube player.

We received a policy violation message, as shown below. Here, the information they provided is purely general in nature. I do not understand what is a mistake.

Can you help us. Here is the message I received from the Google Play Support Team

it violates our device policy and network interaction policies . If you submitted the update, the previous version of your application still works on Google Play.

Here's how you can submit your app for another review:

Your application should not use or use the service or API in a manner that violates the terms of its use. For example, make sure your app doesn’t download, monetize or access YouTube videos in a way that violates the YouTube Terms of Service.

Read the device and network usage policies for more details and examples.

Make sure your application complies with all other policies listed in the Developer Program Policies. Please be aware that additional interference may occur if other policy issues occur in your applications.
