Why is the begin-next-end behavior different in ruby and jruby?

Compare the following scenarios (they are the same, but the result is different):

First I'll do it on a ruby (cruby)

I filed this as Error No. 13064 .

I tested your code in many versions of YARV, as well as in the latest versions of JRuby, MRuby, and Rubinius:
