Moq with exact expression <Func <TEntity, bool >>

I am trying to test the Get method in a repository. The signature is as follows:

        Expression<Func<TEntity, bool>> filter = null,
        Func<IQueryable<TEntity>, IOrderedQueryable<TEntity>> orderBy = null,
        string includeProperties = "")

This method is usually called as follows:

Department targetDepartment =
            _departmentRepository.Get(department => department.Id == departmentId).FirstOrDefault();

It works great with real data when I try to configure this method to return a specific “department” with a specific lambda where problems arise.

So far I have tried many ways to mock this, and here are some of them:

1)

Expression<Func<Department, bool>> filterExpression2 = d => d.Id == DepartmentId;

I have seen many similar questions, but for some reason none of them is useful.

What I'm trying to do is make the modified repository return a specific Department depending on the "Id" parameter sent to the lambda.
