Intercepting localhost traffic from ASP.NET Core 1.0 on Windows 10

I tried to intercept localhost traffic for ASP.NET Core 1.0 using Fiddler and Wireshark, but none of them worked. I looked at EVERYTHING to answer, but none of the answers worked.

Here is a list of solutions that I have already tried:

-Changing localhost to localhost.fiddler

-Turning on 'Use PAC Script'

-Change "localhost" to the hostname of the PC

-Change "localhost" to "localhost".

-Deleting '<-loopback>;' from Tools → Fiddler Settings → Connections → 'ByPass Fiddler for URLs beginning with:', however the option does not remain deleted after saving the settings. (When I get back to the fiddler options, "<-loopback>" still exists)

-Deleting '<-loopback>;' from Tools → WinINET Settings → Connections → LAN Settings → Advanced

I am using Fiddler v4.6.3.44034, Windows 10, Visual Studio 2015, running ASP.NET core 1.0. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried MS Message Analyzer ? You need to configure Message Analyzer to track the loopback adapter. It works well to track traffic between IIS (localhost) and Kestrel.
