There is currently no built-in method for scheduling U-SQL inside Data Lake Analytics. Instead, you can use other services or tools to plan. Popular with Azure customers is the Azure Data Factory.

Simple scheduling of U-SQL jobs inside Data Lake Analytics is what we plan to add as our own opportunity.
