What you can do is use the second OCR system (ocr.space ocr, Abbyy, ...) and use them to run the OCR of the same document, and then compare the result. You can safely assume that words and sentences that are the same in both results have a high level of certainty.

You just add borders to detect text . when you take an image, then take the borders of the image and select a separate bitmap according to the borders, then convert to a gray bitmap and then extract the text from the overlay bitmaps.

If the image is very dark or watermarks or color images, then apply contrast for this bitmap. this will increase accuracy.
