Moving an Azure database from one account to another account in Azure

I have two Azure accounts, A and B

I have a sql server database created by subscribing to account A.

I want to transfer this sql server database to a subscription to Account B.

There are two things that can help:

• Moving Resources Between Subscriptions
• Transfer of subscription rights (to another billing account)

I don’t know anything about the latter, so if someone else has no advice, it is best to contact Support if you need it.

To move resources between subscriptions, you need to make sure:

• Both sources and target subscriptions must be in the same directory.
