Consul.IO - How is a public domain service on the local network for DNS lookups

On Windows, when I configure the Consul service to discover the service on the local network, I used the DNS interface for the query service. But when I request a service with this command

dig -x 127.0.0.1 -p 53 consul.service.consul +short

And he did not return anything. My LAN address is currently 10.18.200.103. But when I switched to the Consul server 10.18.200.202, it worked and returned the correct data. I want to know how my local DNS server can find the Consul services domain without changing the DNS to the Consul server.
