Docker as .msi installable

Can I create a docker distribution image that can be easily installed on Windows computers?

I do not want the client to have to install anything first. I want it to appear as a regular installer.

Well, it should be possible, but it is a difficult task.

First, you probably need a different installer for every taste of Windows.

For Windows Server 2016, you can execute from the powershell installer commands to allow containers, and then install the docker client built into your installer, and then issue docker commands and run it. Etc.
