MapKit Memory Leaks (iOS 10)

Question

only create a new project with MapKitView and I get a lot of memory leaks in iOS 10, but on iOS 9 everything is fine. 20 minutes using the card in iOS 10, and the application is broken by a memory warning.

UPD: this problem is only in iOS 10.1, 10.0 - OK, 10.2 (Beta) - OK
