Android move layout up when soft keyboard is displayed using viewers

ok im already doing (I believe) everything I need to do to make my app layout scroll / move up when the soft keyboard is displayed, but it doesn’t work, so I assume there must be something that makes the stop, I wonder if its fixed heights im give to my visitors or something that I don’t suspect, read messages that describe relative layouts as “crushing child views” when the keyboard is shown and line layouts do not overwhelm children's views, therefore, having in mind these are my layouts
