Unable to share new project with Subversive SVN in Eclipse Neon

I just downloaded the new version of Eclipse JEE Neon.1a Release (4.6.1) on my Windows 10 computer. I went to the market to get the latest version of Subversive SVN Team Provider 4.0.2. The attempt to establish the results of the report: The following solutions are not available: SVN Team Provider 4.0.2. I decided to continue anyway, and it seemed to work. After rebooting, I selected SVNKit 1.8.14 Subversive SVN Connector and installed without any problems.

Now I was able to perform basic SVN operations, everything seemed fine. Except for sharing a new project. I created a new project called "test" and tried to share a new project. This results in a message:

Failed to complete the Share project. Unable to rewrite the reason with org.tmatesoft.svn.core.SVNException: svn: E160013: URL ' http: // sol: 3380 / svn / repo / test ' does not exist in this revision.

I tried to share a new project with another SVN server, the same error message. I repeated the whole process on different machines, the same message.

I installed the SVN command provider directly from the update site instead of the Marketplace. The same issue.

I went to the SVNKit website to try out older versions of SVNKit and install them through archived update sites, but they won't even appear in the SVN Connector Chooser in Eclipse.

I really don't know what to do next, can someone help me make it work?
