Firebase Project Invitation

Question

I have a project using Firebase, and I need to add an owner to the project. Here is how I added it:

• Opened a project in the Firebase console.
• By clicking on the settings wheel next to the project name and the selected permissions.
• Firebase launches new "IAM and Admin" page.
• Click on Add, which displays a popup.
• The gmail user address is entered, which automatically ends, so it can never be the wrong email address.
• Chose the role of OWNER.
• Press the ADD button.

Now it shows me the user in the permission list with the message:

The invitation is sent. Prior to adoption.
