Compose various python packages in paper

Question

We have a working tool built on different packages in python. I am not sure how to bring these paper bags I'm working on. How to refer correctly to python packages? One of them has a way that they ask us to bring them through a book. Most of them say nothing about quotes that I can find. Is there a standard?
