Publish my android aar in jcenter

Question

I want to upload my android aar to bintray . I am reafer for this , but when I execute cmd #gradlew bintrayUpload, cmd shows an error message and my gradle file is as follows:

I have already installed maven in bintray, but cmd always indicates that I don't have maven.
