Jenkins 2 Pipeline Workspaces xxx @script

I am new to Jenkins 2 and pipeline functions, and I am setting up a project to use the Jenkins file for the pipeline.

I see that 3 workspaces have been created:

  • Project xxxxx
  • Project-xxxxx @script
  • Project-xxxxx @TMP

When I run toxin the pipeline, it complains about the absence tox.ini, I suspect that it is in the side folder project-xxxxx, which is empty, but the project files are insideproject-xxxxx@script

Should I use checkout scmproject files to populate the workspace? Or am I supposed to use project files in project-xxxxx@scriptand how to do it right?

Can someone explain to me how these 3 folders work together?

You do not need to worry about the workspace in the pipeline. You start the assembly, you get the workspace and everything that you select or copy into it should be there.

  • How do you start the assembly line? Inline script, from scm or through a diversified or similar type of job?
  • How do you get files in your workspace?
