Failed to install Ruby (failed to load resource "readline - patch")

Question

I get this error when I try to install Ruby. I tried to watch this and this , but to no avail

I ran into the same problems when I installed Ruby on my Mac. Perhaps you can try the following steps to solve this problem, this works for me :)

• update your brew, paste /usr/bin/ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)"in the terminal prompt. (or follow the instructions on the brew homepage) Or justbrew update
• Run brew install ruby
