Install .net 4.6.2 with Wix 3.10

The documentation for the WixNetfxExtension extensions claims that the .Net Framework 4.6.2 web configuration is supported.

Why am I trying to compile a package error LGHT0094: Unresolved reference to symbol 'ChainPackageGroup:NetFx462Web'?

BTW, when I switch to NetFx46Web, it compiles OK, but NetFx461Webit does not.

Support for .NET 4.6.2 was added in WiX v3.11 ; this is not in WiX v3.10.
