Error loading v2v VMDK operating system in vhd

Question

I have a 2003 vm that works fine in a VMware player using the StarWind v2v converter and I get the above error.

For the first time I noticed that 03 vm needed to be updated to sp2 in order to work with Hyper-V at least, which was completed without changes, after some searching I found http://www.netexpertise.eu/en/systems/windows/hyper -v-error-loading-operating-system-after-running-disk2vhd.html

partition table not found if this helps

after that, the drive ends up raw.

Someone else had this problem and I want to share it, I have another way to create a new virtual machine and transfer data, but this is the last method of ditches.

I tried to build a virtual machine in generations 1 and 2.
