How to use TransactionScope in .NET Framework? I can not find it

I am new to .Net Core and am updating some code from .Net 4.0 to .Net Core. How to use TransactionScope in .NET Framework? I can not find him.

There seems to be no support for this .net Core. As far as I understand from this github ticket, this is already implemented, but planned for version 1.2.
