How to find Imagenet data labels?

I have two questions on how to download Imagenet data. I downloaded ILSVRC2012 test kits (training kits too large) but I have two problems.

  • I can’t figure out how to recognize the tags. There are only jpeg files with file names like " ILSVRC2012_val_00000001.JPEG", but no shortcuts. How can I find them?

  • As far as I know, Imagenet uses a 224 * 224 pixel image, and the problem is simply “classification” rather than “detection”, but ILSVRC2012 sets have much larger and different pixel sizes. So, how can I get the correct margins for 224 * 224 pixels?
