How to make Robocopy overwrite files?

Question

In general, Robocopy ignores files for which lastwrittendate and file size are the same. How can we avoid this design? I would like to force overwrite with Robocopy.

I expected dst \ sample.txt to be written test001. But these files are recognized by Robocopy as the same files and are not overwritten. The "/ IS" option does not work in this case.

/isIncludes the same files. /itIncludes "corrected" files.

robocopy src dst sample.txt /it      # copy if attributes differ
